This date already has entries. Saving updates them (the morning entries are pre-filled below).
Money from outside the business (personal wallet, etc.) — only if it happened
True sales today $0
Ask for a review
Do this on Sundays. It reads every close and every answer you've given.
What it has learned from you
Log an invoice
Snap a photo and the manager fills it in. Or type it.
Quick questions
So the catalog knows the case from the single unit. Once per item, then never again.
Read from photos — check and save
What you owe
Bank right now
These move on their own as card settles and bills pull. When you actually check the bank, type the real number over it and save — that account restarts from what you typed, no questions asked.
Next 7 days
Something coming up the app doesn't know about — a check you dated, a deposit you're planning, a transfer:
Pay
You get paid from the week, not from a day. A week earns Wednesday through Tuesday; its cash is settled the Wednesday–Friday after — bank run first, then you.
Employees
Who works here, what they're owed, what you've paid, and a private file on each person. Everything here can also be done by telling the manager ("Jamie worked 6 hours today", "pay Airicca $180 for the week", "note that Jamie caught the Snack Depot error").

Lab
A room the manager can build in. Ask for any view of your business and it renders one right here from your real numbers — read-only, nothing in here can change a close or an invoice. Or let it decide what you should be looking at.
Diagnostic export
One file with everything, exactly as stored — every close, invoice, balance, rule, pay, note, timeline entry, the last 150 chat turns (text and action results, no photos), the app's own computed numbers, and a list of anything that looks inconsistent. Send it to Claude to diagnose a problem, or keep it as a backup.
Jarvis — hands-free
Say "Jarvis" (hey Jarvis, yo Jarvis…) and the manager listens, answers out loud, and keeps the conversation going until you say "done" or go quiet. Everything below runs on this device: nothing is recorded or sent anywhere until it hears the wake word.
Glow color
Pause length
How long you can go quiet before it sends. It waits extra when you stop mid-sentence ("and…", "um…", a number). Say "go" or "send it" to send right away.
Wake sensitivity
Strictness
Characters
Who the manager talks as. A character changes how it sounds, never the numbers or the rules. Add a voice in ElevenLabs (My Voices) and it shows up in the dropdown here.

Manager's brain
Which AI answers. Saved to your account, so every device uses the same one; takes effect on the next message. Smarter costs more per message — try one for a few days and compare on the Console's Usage page.

Brain connection
The web address of your Cloudflare Worker. This is saved to your account, so every device uses it.
Phone notifications
Lets the morning check reach you even when the app is closed. On a phone, add mtapp to your home screen first (Chrome: menu → Add to Home screen · iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen), open it from there, then turn this on.
Goals
What you're aiming for. The forecast and the manager measure against these.
Manager permissions
Off = every change shows as a chip you tap to approve. On = it applies bills, reminders, rules, invoices, balances, and paid-offs straight away.
What the manager knows
Standing facts the manager always knows — how a vendor's timing works, terms, anything that doesn't change day to day. These build up from the chat when you save a "Remember this" suggestion, or add one directly here.
Automatic payments
Reminders, not deductions. On the day you list here, the item shows up on that night's close so you don't forget to log it. Nothing is ever charged or assumed — you type the amount.
Leave the amount blank for bills that change (Hackney, lottery) — it'll just remind you and you type the real number. Bills you pay whenever they arrive (like LRS) don't belong here; log them the day you pay.
Vendor payment rules
When and how a vendor's invoice pulls from the bank, learned from you once and applied automatically after. The app computes the date — not a guess.
Vendor name matches
Names it learned to recognize as a specific distributor after you clarified once.
UPC map
Optional head start. A CSV with two columns — UPC, item name — from your Google Sheet (File → Download → CSV). Invoice lines with a matching UPC take the name from here, so the catalog stays consistent.
Your data
Everything is saved to your account in the cloud and shows up on every device you sign into. Download a backup now and then anyway.
